The six of us became acquainted with each other at ``U-chan'' and decided to move to our second restaurant. When I checked the menu, I found out that it is an affiliated restaurant of the Silverback Group, which operates Gote-oh. Also, although it was called yakitori, it is a restaurant that grills the chicken on a charcoal Grilled skewer rather than skewers. First of all, as a dashi soup, the arrival of dashi soup stock rolls! From here, we first order ・Tori sashimi (unfortunately, the liver sashimi is sold out) ・Basashi (horse sashimi), and then concentrate on the sake. Futaego, a rare part of horse sashimi, had elasticity and was delicious!
