日本の食材を活かしたバスタと甘味がウリで、
和風パスタの味付けは、ダシ、醤油、トマト、味噌、豆乳の5つに分けられています。
おまけに季節ごとの旬な野菜や魚介類を取り入れたメニューは嬉しいですね。

小鉢は、野菜、ケーキ、プリン、みつ豆など、など12種類
注文を取りにきたとき、水は持ってこないので、ドリンクビュッフェを加えるのが基本なのかなぁ。
女性客は味に敏感だから、繁昌しているということは美味しいの証ですね。
和風ダシとパスタの相性はバツグンで美味しかった。
ドリンクはフルーツの薄い味がついた水というレベル。お代わりするほどじゃないな。
女子のおしゃべりランチで長時間過ごすならセットがいいし、一人ランチならパスタ単品で充分かな。
最後に気になったのはコロナ対策が不十分。手指消毒用のアルコールが見当たらない、客の大声の会話に対してテーブル間隔を空ける処理がされていない。
