2020.3.3(火)訪問
『淡路の朝引き鶏を使用した本格炭火焼鳥』
広々とした店内。
カウンターからは焼き台が見えます。
とり丼500円(税込)をはじめ、10種類のランチメニューがありました。
鉄人は名物のとり丼。
注文を聞いてから焼くので少し時間がかかります。
電話で予約も出来るみたい。
実際、鉄人のあとに5人前くらい焼いてました。
ご飯大盛り無料。
鉄人は当然大盛りに、ガォー！(笑)
カウンターだったんで焼いてるとこが見えます。
煙りを上げて炭火でじっくりと焼き上げていきます。
もうそれだけでお腹が空きます、ヒヒィ〜ン！(笑)
ご飯にたっぷりと秘伝のタレをかけた後に炭火焼鳥をカットしてのせて、ネギと刻み海苔をたっぷりと。
炭火の香ばしさを感じる鶏もも肉の旨みをしっかりと堪能出来ます◎
甘く濃厚なタレの染み込んだご飯。
めちゃくちゃ美味しい♪
ガォー！(笑)
夜も行ってみたい！
