Located in the Motomachi shopping district, we entered the store 15 minutes after it opened. The inside of the restaurant, which matches the exterior, has only table seats. The interior and atmosphere are perfect for those who want to eat slowly or while talking with friends. I would like the C set from the lunch menu for 1,600 yen. The contents include mini Hamburg, crab cream Croquette, and fried shrimp. And cold tomato soup and bread or rice. First, a cold tomato soup was brought to me, but it had a flat taste with no distinctive flavor, and the saltiness might not have been enough. Then the main dish came out, but the demi-glace sauce on Hamburg didn't have the same impact as in many Western Western Cuisine in Kobe and was light. The same goes for the tartar that was on top of the fried shrimp. There is no problem with the degree of grilling or frying. Also, the bread finally came out after I had eaten about half of it, but it was so hot that I couldn't even touch it for a while. The presentation is good and the restaurant has a great atmosphere, but if the flavors were a little more profound, it could become a popular restaurant not only in Kobe but all over the country.
