こちらは元町にある中華料理店です
元町というと広東系のイメージがありますが
こちらはハルビン料理が食べれるお店です
いわゆる旧満州国のお料理です
伊藤博文も食べたのだろうかとか
ロ〇アめ～とか思い出させますな。
お店はたまたまお客がおらず
空いていたので訪問した感じです
まずは瓶ビールを頂きますが
アテにピーナッツをくれるので
中国的な感じですね(´▽｀*)
注文したのは干豆腐(かんどうふ)の炒め
豆腐を脱水した平麺のようなものです
糖質制限をしている方にはオススメです
味のほうは、やや酸味のある中華味
沙茶醤かオイスターかなにかわかりませんが
魚介類系の醤を使用しているようなテースト
わりと味付けがうまいなと思うて
後で家でマネしてみたよ(´▽｀*)
この日はお一人様だったせいか
お料理はほかに頼まずに
これでランチ終了にしました
ほかにも気になるメニューがあったので
なかなかよいお店です
店員さんは中国の方のようで
中国語が通じます
お会計を済ませると
シェイシェイ(^o^)丿
いつものように挨拶をしてお店を後にしました
