今回は友達二人で行ってきました。
６人用完全個室に案内され、日曜日という日に６人用を２人で完全個室に案内とは非常にびっくりでおかげで雰囲気よく楽しめました。
普段、一品物は頼まない主義なのですが、今回初めて最初にチヂミやチャプチェを頼みいただきましたが、非常においしかった。持ってくる時間はそれなりにありましたが、出来立てをお客様に提供している印象で納得。
肉はロースとハネシタをいただきました。
ここは近江牛を扱う店で雌牛のみを厳選して仕入れている事から、柔らかく、去勢に比べて油のしつこさは少ない印象です。（食べるタイミング等によりますが・・・）
普段、肉にしか目がいっていない私。しかし、良い店はどれ頼んでも期待を裏切らず、満足して帰宅できます。
価格高いから料理は旨くて当然。一見「そりゃそうやろ」と思うかもしれませんが、以外と肉以外は普通だったりする事もあります。
お客様にどこまで満足していただけるか。日々考えて、提供されている店と感じました。
