活気ある元町商店街から一本入った路地裏に佇むのは、洗練された隠れ家「ブッチ」。
店の外観はカジュアルながらも温もりとおしゃれな雰囲気を漂わせており、路地を歩く人々はブッチの存在に思わず立ち止まり、興味深げにメニューを眺める姿がしばしば見受けられます。
一階は厨房とカウンター席、二階にはテーブル席と窓際にカウンター席が設けられています。
店内の壁はアーティスティックな絵で飾られ、天井からは装飾品が垂れ下がり、活気と創造性をもたらしています。
平成を感じさせるモニターは、準レトロな雰囲気を醸し、懐かしさを感じさせるアクセントとなっています。
スタッフと客層は若い世代が中心で、フレッシュな活気が店内に満ちています。

一方、カルパッチョは新鮮な魚介の薄切りにシンプルなドレッシングがかけられ、素材の味をダイレクトに楽しむことができます。
御膳には、ごはん、味噌汁、さまざまな小鉢が添えられ、日本の伝統的な和食の概念を思い起こさせますが、同時にモダンな感覚も忘れていません。
