Mitaya Main Store has 13 restaurant in the Kansai region, mainly in Hyogo Prefecture, where the main store is located. Among them, Saroma beef is a brand of beef that is only sold at our store. The beef is carefully raised surrounded by nature in the Saroma district in northeastern Hokkaido, and is known for its refreshing, healthy meat quality, with less fat and more lean meat. By grilling it quickly, you can enjoy the flavor and sweetness of the meat, and you can enjoy the taste of Saroma Beef, which is comparable to Kuroge Wagyu Beef, at a reasonable price.

Another limited menu item at Daimaru Kobe store is Kobe beef. Among the Japanese Kuroge beef "Tajima Beef" produced in Hyogo Prefecture, only those that meet strict standards are called "Kobe Beef" and can truly be called the top brand of Kuroge Wagyu beef. The balance between fine marbling and sweet red meat is artistic. We recommend that you enjoy it rare, as it has been quickly grilled over the heat of the iron plate. At Mitaya Honten, we offer course meals that include an appetizer, main course, soup, and dessert. The hors d'oeuvre roast ham is an original product of the Mitaya main store that follows the traditional manufacturing method. Enjoy with our special dressing made with plenty of carrots. The main Steak is sliced thickly in advance so that it can be eaten with chopsticks. You can also enjoy the process of baking on the iron plate. Lunch is also served as a course while keeping prices low.
