県庁前近くにあるFusibleへ
友人ご夫妻と4名で再訪出来ました♪
綺麗で清潔感溢れる店内は1年前と変わる事なく、先ずはひと安心
一皿目の料理で『大羽イワシ』バジルの風味が爽やかで夏らしく美味しく頂きました‼️
二皿目の鱧のフリットに桃を組み合わせ斬新なんだけど驚くほどに違和感を感じる事なく見事にマッチング‼️
三皿目の良い塩梅に火の入った鮎をエストラゴンの甘く柔らかい香りのするハーブのソースが絶妙なアクセントになっていて頭の苦味と良くあった一品でした‼️
四皿目は皮面をパリッとさせた白甘鯛とぷりっぷりのグジを酸味のあるタイ風ソースで美味しく頂きました‼️
メインディッシュの五皿目には鹿を低温調理で驚くほど柔らかい仕上がりのお肉に⁉️今迄の鹿料理とは全く違っていてとても良かった‼️
最後のデザートからお茶菓子とグァテマラ産豆のコーヒーまで堪能してフィニッシュ‼️
食後はシェフと共通の知人話で盛り上がり
シェフお勧めのフレンチレストランやオーベルジュなどで盛り上がって話は尽きませんでした❣️
