For lunch today, I went to ALBAR, which is about a 3-minute walk from Minato Motomachi Subway Station. In the morning, we watched a mystery Japanese movie in which there was no detailed script and the actors improvised. During the end credits, the actors seemed to be having fun talking to each other, but the audience felt left out. I had heard that this restaurant had delicious pizza, so I made a reservation. You will be guided to a sofa seat on the second floor, where you can sit back and relax. I chose from the a la carte rather than the lunch menu. ◆Seafood salad ◆Margherita ◆Vongole Rosso with fresh clams ◇Heartland draft beer, Riku Highball The Margherita was as delicious as I expected. The fabric is excellent. The texture is chewy, has a wheat flavor, and has a moderate amount of salt. It's really delicious. The cheese and sauce also tasted good. The pasta is made with fresh noodles, so it's thick and chewy. We like our noodles to be thin and chewy... I would definitely like to try the pizza from this restaurant again.
