少し前にインド料理のお店「デリー」さんが気になって前まで伺うと右隣の焼肉のお店が出来ていました、また機会有れば伺いたいと思っていました。
最近アマゾンで韓国ドラマ、映画を見る機会も多く、この日も「あやしいパートナー」と言う韓国ドラマを見ていて韓国料理のシーンが、家内が焼肉か韓国料理がいいねと・・・その一言でこちらを予約・・
でも情報が殆どない状況・・こちらのインスタグラムに「大阪の名店「宗寿苑」が4/3神戸にオープン！」そこ宗寿苑 HANAREと宗寿苑 の食べログをチェックさせて頂きました。
神戸 宗寿苑は大坂 宗寿苑の姉妹店だそうです。
午後6時前にお店に到着・・先客の方はいらっしゃいませんでした。
こちら2階席もあるそうです、店内画像撮影許可を頂２階席も撮影させて頂きました。
１階、２階とも同じ席の設定で基本テーブル４人掛けＸ３席Ｘ２＝２４席です。

今回のオーダー
特選和牛盛合わせ・・・並ロース、サガリ、ウチモモ、上カルビ、並カルビ・・鮮度はいい、上カルビが美味しかったかな！
ホルモンミックス・・・コリコリ、アカセン、シマチョウ、センマイ、シンゾウの５種だったかな、鮮度は良かったです、今回はタレ焼きで、少し甘めなタレで濃厚なタレでした。（私的感想）
白菜キムチ・・・旨味のある酸味は感じられなかった、食べやすいキムチでした。
〆のご飯と豆腐チゲ（スンドゥブ）を頂きました、ご飯が美味しい、これポイント高いですね、豆腐チゲは少し甘め（コチジャンのテーストかな？）、私的には熱々でご飯によくあいました。
美味しく頂ました。
