I visited HARBOR BREAD CAFE on the 2nd floor of Mosaic.・Bomboloni Crema 3 piece set The MAISON ICHI group operates several restaurant in Japan, mainly in Tokyo. This store opened in Kobe as the second restaurant in the Kansai area following Osaka Chayamachi. This is an Italian sweet bread that is made from deep-fried Donuts dough and filled with a combination of rich custard and fresh cream. When you take a bite, the melting cream overflows. There are three flavors: ``Cioccolata,'' ``CAFE,'' and ``Crema.'' The most popular flavor, ``Crema,'' is a rich diplomat cream made with homemade custard cream and fresh cream. With one bite of ``Cioccolata'', the chocolate flavor spreads throughout your mouth. "CAFE" is mildly sweet, and the bitterness of the espresso is perfect for sweet Donuts. This was my favorite of Gorie. It was delicious and I finished it. Thank you for the meal☆
