昼食を頂きに こちらのお店へ
伺ったのは平日の昼12時5分頃、先客は3名、後客は2名でした
注文は【欧風ドラゴンカレー（1,300円）＋タルタマトッピング（150円）】
提供は5分程でした
一緒にタマネギのピクルスが提供され、そのままでもカレーに混ぜてでも好みでどうぞ！とのアナウンスがあります
とろみとコク、少しの酸味のある美味しい欧風カレーにトロっとなるまで煮込まれた牛肉が3切れ、ドラゴンカレーのトッピングになる30㌢近くの長さのある豚アバラ肉が1本丸ごと入っています
トロトロになるまで煮込まれて、更に注文後にオープンで温められ、スプーンで簡単にカット出来る柔らかさ、甘辛い味も染み込んでいて美味しいですねー♪
追加したタルタマトッピングは白身粗めの玉子フィリングでマイルドなマヨネーズに少しの酸味と甘みが感じられますね
途中で卓上のガラムマサラ追加でスパイシーさと風味の変化を楽しみました♪
