カレールウは玉ねぎにりんご、赤ワイン、スパイスなどを配合したルウを8時間煮込んだ後、10日間じっくり寝かせている。
カツは、パンを主原料としたエサで飼育された「神戸ポークプレミアム」というブランド豚を使用。サクサク衣をまとったお肉は、とても柔らかく、お肉の甘みと旨みが感じられるジューシーな仕上がり
