母のお誕生日のお祝いで、家族でディナーをいただきました。新神戸のANAクラウンプラザホテル34階にあり、窓際のお席は神戸の夜景が一望できます。個室も1室ありますが、ほとんどはテーブル席。落ち着いた雰囲気なので、ゆっくりお食事がいただけます。
コースはどれも目にも鮮やかな盛り付けがされていて、一品一品上品なお味で美味しい。コース外でしたが、どうしても食べたくて追加でフォアグラの茶碗蒸しを出していただきましたが、これが本当に唯一無二な美味しさ✨フォアグラのこくが和食ならではの優しさと融合して、上のあんにはフカヒレも入っていたりして、口に入れた瞬間幸せで体がとろける…そんなお味です。物価高騰で値上がりしてしまったみたいで、単品2,500円になっていました。その価値はある一品ですが、もう少しお手頃価格ならもっと頻繁に食べたい…。
お茶が空いたら頼む前に持ってきてくださるし、丁寧な目配りとサービスが行き届いた、さすが一流店！というお店です。
