こちらは2回目になります。
初めてお邪魔したのはコロナ前ですから、かなり前になります。
お肉はオススメのミディアムレアでいただきます。
黒胡椒・粗塩・マスタードなどがありますが、最初はお塩でいただきました。
柔らかいけれど弾力があり、しかも大きめカットなので食べ応えあります。
お肉の旨味がダイレクトに来て美味しいです。
ポタージュはじゃがいもでした。
粉っぽい感じがなく、滑らかで飲みやすかったです。
どの１品も丁寧に調理されて堪能いたしました。
