私はロース、妻はヘレのステーキを注文。
こちらのお店は肉を全部一気に焼いて「ドン」と出すスタイルではなく
野菜や肉の一部を少しずつ目の前で焼いて提供して下さるお店でした。
神戸牛の味は正直松阪牛のステーキの方が美味しいと感じましたが
こちらのお店は肉だけでなく、ごはんや漬物も美味しかったです。
肉は「この部分はこちらのタレで召し上がってみて下さい」という感じで
お勧めの食べ方を指南して下さいましたが、概ね最後は塩一択で頂いていました。
妻はガーリックライスにしていましたが、私は白ご飯を頂きました。
普段家で土鍋でご飯を炊くので、外食して我が家のご飯より美味しいと思えるお店は
めったに無いのですが、こちらは美味しかった。
シャルドネのグラスワインがあったのは個人的にありがたい。
グラスワインの赤が、私には軽い物ばかりでちょっと残念。
グラスワインは赤白共に概ね各２択なので種類は少ない。
