穴子屋韋駄天。その時期の美味しい穴子を楽しい料理に変化させて皆さんに喜んで頂きます。
韋駄天は阪神大震災の時にオープンしました。あれから20年が過ぎ平成27年に広く大きくなって再オープンしました。以前の店より広くなり皆様に穴子料理を楽しんでいただけるようになりました。神戸に来た際はぜひ美味しい穴子料理を食べに来てくださいスタッフ一同お待ちしております。 |
王子公園駅近く。
坂道の途中のビルの一階。
兵庫県では数少ない、穴子専門店が、
韋駄天 だ。
神戸界隈で仕事して、少し早めに仕事が終わったので、5時半と、早めの入店。
カウンターと、広く席間の空いたテーブル席が数卓。
コースを注文した。
まずは八寸。
穴子の押し寿司、煮凝り、白子、タコの柔らか煮、鴨肉と大ぶりな山椒、アブラメ南蛮揚げ、南瓜、などなど。
初っ端からお酒が飲みたい。
穴子のお造り盛り合わせ。
生の刺身、炙り、湯引き。
3種の火入れ変化に、飽きがきません。
ここから暫く串焼きです。
穴子の串焼き、炙り焼き、タタキ、白焼き、味噌焼き、穴子寿司、穴子フライ、穴子の天ぷら。
淡白な穴子達、多種多様な食べ方が出来ますね。
穴子しゃぶしゃぶ食べて、
最後は穴子のペペロンチーノ。と、デザート。
ペペロンチーノだけ、いきなりb級な感じの料理がきて驚いたけど、穴子は色々な食べ方できて、飽きませんなー。
今度は、お酒が飲めるときに、ゆっくり行きます！
