穴子屋韋駄天。その時期の美味しい穴子を楽しい料理に変化させて皆さんに喜んで頂きます。
韋駄天は阪神大震災の時にオープンしました。あれから20年が過ぎ平成27年に広く大きくなって再オープンしました。以前の店より広くなり皆様に穴子料理を楽しんでいただけるようになりました。神戸に来た際はぜひ美味しい穴子料理を食べに来てくださいスタッフ一同お待ちしております。 |
水道橋商店街から北に少し上がったところにあるお店です。
11時45分頃に入店しました。
予約の方も多く、11時30分開店でありながら12時には多くの席が埋まっていました。
鶏料理にもこだわりがあるお店のようでしたが、今日は穴子の方が食べたかったので、穴子にすることにしました。
ランチメニューは3種類。焼き穴子御膳、蒸し穴子御膳、天麩羅御膳がそれぞれ10食限定となっています。
焼き穴子御膳を注文し、小鉢やだし巻きを食べながらメインを待ちました。
小鉢、だし巻きともにだしの旨味が感じられ、やさしい味で美味しかったです。
もちろんメインの焼き穴子も言うまでもなく美味しく、うなぎとはまた違った香ばしさでどんどん食べ進められました。
お店の方も愛想がよく、気さくな対応をしてくださり大満足のお昼でした。
