ここでは、蟹のパスタとトリュフ入りドリア、真鯛のワイン煮とデザートを
食しました。真鯛のワイン煮は、本当に堅すぎない煮方でおいしく頂きました。
コースが、じゃっかん高めかもっと感じました。
これでは、平日に入ってくる客も数限られます。コーヒーについては、そこそこ
おいしかったです。ランク的にはその後、神戸で3泊4日で過ごしましたが、
残念それほどおいしい方ではありません。カフェ店やケーキ店のほうがおいし
かったです。
■EHBANK＜Level36＜三宮ケーキ屋さんな感じも受けます。
もしかしたら地域性が有るかもしれないと感じました。コーヒーってコーヒー
マシーンか、バリスタ？エンジニアの方がいれられるのかと思っていますが、
若干違うのでしょうね。
■コストパフォーマンスはかなり悪いと思います。
「蟹のパスタとトリュフ入りドリア、真鯛のワイン煮」で6900円くらい
それにデザートと、コーヒーとスターターのシャンパンで、、サービス料を
混みでまぁ、1万弱にしかならないかな？と思っていたら12300円!!!
マジ？っと思いながら部屋付けにしました。
＜＜追伸
スターター？最初に頼んだシャンパンの価格が3200円していました。
気軽に、「シャンパンでもいかがですか？」にOKしてはいけないという
ことを学びました。
私自身、横浜で育って色々のみにいったり、、時間を楽しみますが、
あまりチャージ料をとられたことが無かったりしたので、チャージ料や
シャンパン高すぎ＞＜；
というのはびっくりしました。
宿を含め、眺めは、港、神戸、三宮を一望でき、カナリイイと思っています。
