20時以降入店で大人1人2000円というお得プランを見つけて行って来ました。
このプランはHPからの予約限定らしいです。
20時入店21時15分で食事・ドリンク全てが引き上げなので十分楽しめます。
メインのローストビーフも21時15分までオープンキッチンで「ローストビーフお切りしましょうか？」と声を掛けてもらえるのでゆっくり食事ができます。
握りずしはネタの種類がやや少なめなのが少し残念です。
また時期限定らしいデザートの巨大モンブランはなぜか陰に隠れたような位置に置かれて居て食べ損ねるところでした。
味は一流ホテルの食事だけにしかっりしていました。“まずい”と思うものは有りませんでした。
折みてまた行こうかと思います。
レストランではなくホテル全体として見て、神戸市内の有名ホテルは街の中心の三宮からシャトルバスが出ているのですが、ここはそれが無いので若干不便な所もあります。
