お誕生日プレートが秀逸！
ホテルのブッフェにしてはなかなかのコスパやで。2000円台でアルコール1杯付きや！皆、普通に見つかるから、ネットでクーポン探してや。
ホテルによってはライブキッチンがあって、一皿
一皿、こさえてくれはるけど、こちらにはそれは無いんやね。ちょい残念。
お味は、特別すごいもんないけど、日本食が結構あって、僕は嬉しいかった。インターコンチネンタルホテルのグループやのに不思議や。自分でラーメン作れたり、魚、焼いたり、温泉地のホテルのブッフェみたい。
居心地は、明るくて、ランチにはええとこです。広い会場はとてもスタイリッシュで過ごしてて気持ちええ。実はこの日、子供の誕生日なんで、ネット予約の時に、名前と年を書いて、メッセージプレートを頼んどいたんや。そしたら30センチ位ある立派な角皿に凄い立派なプレートを作ってくれはったm(__)m。中に入ってあるデザートもフルーツもブッフェとは別の物が入ってたし、何色も食紅使って、美しく仕上がっていた。これが、サービスで頂けた。子供はワーキャー言って大喜び。
嬉しすぎて、写真忘れましたわ(^_^;)
過去、いろんなホテルで、メッセージプレート作ってもらったけど、今回が最高やった。
ホンマ、おおきに。

以前来たときと、だいぶ印象が違っていて、とても美味しくなっていました(^o^)。今、やってはるのはデザートに力を入れたランチバッフェ。明らかに、お料理よりデザートが品数多いです♪
お値段は、サイト検索したらスパークリングワイン付きで4500円というのが見つかったから、こちらを採用。以前来たときは、温泉旅館のバッフェみたいな、自分で作れるラーメンとか置いてあったから、全体として品質アップです。今は、黄色い食材にフォーカスしたお料理が並んでて、飲み物ならレモネードやサングリアとかなかなか、飲み物のラインナップも良かった。一番美味いと感じたのは、レアチーズケーキに、いろんなハチミツを掛けて食べる提案がしてあって、これ、絶品でした(^o^)。ついで、和栗モンブランかなあ。バニラクリームの上に焼いたメレンゲが載ってて、そこに和栗のクリームが掛かってます。この、組み合わせは、とても美味でした。家人に、どのデザートがが良かったかを聞くと、『いや、ローストポークが、一番美味しかったけど。。。』って言われた(^o^;)
