鶏のパリパリ焼き。
新神戸オリエンタルアベニュー3階にある中華屋さん。このフロアにある飲食店では、おそらく最大規模だと思われる。家族用の個室や宴会スペースもあり、店内は広々としている。
店員さんは、殆ど中国人のようだ。でも全員が料理の説明は丁寧だし、愛想もいい。日曜日の夜、4人で訪れた。まずは瓶ビールで乾杯し、メニューを見ながら単品料理を注文した。

・鶏のパリパリ焼き
・四川風イカのチリソース炒め
・スペアリブの唐揚げ

以上の7品。お店の看板には香港広東料理と書いてあるけど、全体的には優しい味付け。香港で食べる料理は、もう少し甘みとコクがある。でもあっさりしている分、胃もたれしない。
特に美味しかったのは、鶏のパリパリ焼き。表面の皮の部分は、北京ダックのようにパリパリしている。表面に水飴をかけて、油で揚げたような光沢がある。甘みがあり、これはうまい。
よくある身付きの北京ダックよりも、味は数段上だ。おすすめメニューの中でもイチオシのようだったので、かなりの自信作のようだ。確かにこれなら、4人で2皿は食べられる感じだった。
次に美味しかったのは、スペアリブの唐揚げ。甘辛いソースの、味のバランスが絶妙。これはまさに、香港の味付けだと思う。飲み物は、ビールの後は7年ものの甕入り紹興酒にした。
まずは1合半、その後はグラスで1杯いずれも常温で飲んだ。7年ものにしては、味がまろやかだった。これだけ飲み食いして1人3500円程度だったので、三宮より安いと思う。あの鶏、また食べたい！
