新神戸駅の真ん前にある「コトノハコ神戸」という総合ビルの存在すら知らなかったのですが、その中にある香港・広東料理のお店「金寶來」で香港料理のランチをいただきました。「コトノハコ神戸」自体は空き店舗が多く、寂しい印象で残念なのですが、この「金寶來」さんだけは流行っている印象。
お店に入ると香港の街によくある中華料理屋さんそのもの。店員さんも広東語を話されているので、香港華南地区の方なんでしょうね。
メニューの中かからメインを2品選べるお勧めランチを注文します。メインの料理は、「エビチリ」と「香港やきそば」にしました。ご飯も、「白飯」か「中華粥」が選べますが「白飯」にします。
まず「エビチリ」ですが、ぷりぷりの海老が心地よい辛さのチリソースに絡まり御飯が進みます。この「エビチリ」だけで、「白飯」完食。「香港焼きそば」には、香港を思いださせてくれました。極細麺の焼きそばは、麵よりもやしの方が太いほど。改めて日本でいただくのは久しぶりですが、食べなれた味は美味いですね。
このお店、お値段も手ごろ、山手にあるので神戸の街を見下ろすローケーションもGood！
