13時ごろに訪問。カウンター4席、テーブル3卓あります。ほぼ満席状態で稼働しているためタイミングによっては外待ちも発生するでしょう。
メニューは大倉山の2号店と同じ。当日は13時前に日替わりは終了していました。
オムレツの定食をオーダー。900円。
満席でも調理待ちがなかったので5分も掛からずに到着です。
サラダ、お味噌汁、ご飯も2号店と同じ。オムレツは他の付け合せは盛られずに単独で鎮座。ドミグラスソースと真ん中にトマトベースのソースの2種のソースが掛けられています。
オムレツには焦げ目もなく、焼けていないで卵液のままになっているのもなく、ちょうど良い焼き加減。著名なお店でもここまで完璧な焼き加減にならないこともあるのに素晴らしいです。味もソースと卵の味のどちらかが支配するのではなく、ちょうど良い具合でした。神戸によくある造りと雰囲気のお店でも技はトップクラスでしょう。
この技だと何を食べても間違いないと思います。
