ポークカツを頂きました。
トンカツではなく洋食屋さんのポークカツが食べたかったのです。
10分ほど待つと香ばしい匂いのポークカツが配膳されました。
カリッと揚げられた固めの衣、それに包まれた厚さ1cmほどのロース肉。
衣の固さやパン粉の大きさが、トンカツ屋さんのトンカツとは違いますね。
これぞ洋食屋さんのポークカツです。
ソースはデミグラスソースとトマトソースのあいがけです。
デミグラスソースにトマトソースの酸味が加わって、濃厚なデミグラスソースだけの場合よりも、ソースが軽く感じられます。
このあいがけは、トマトとの相性がいいオムライスやコロッケにも合いそうですね。
付け合わせはキャベツ、レタス、かいわれ、トマト、マカロニでした。
キャベツにはオリーブオイルに塩分と酸味を少し足したようなドレッシングがかかっています。
自家製っぽい雰囲気ですね。
ポークカツにはライスと味噌汁のCコースを付けました。
ライスは多くもなく少なくもなく、洋食屋さんの一般的な量です。
味噌汁は小さなカップに入って出てきます。
鰹や昆布で普通に引いた出汁とは違う味がしました。
どうやって作っているのでしょう。
お店によっては2,000円を超えてもおかしくないような、立派なクオリティです。
それでいてお値段も雰囲気も庶民的というのが、人気の秘訣なのでしょう。
男前で優しそうな店主さんの接客が気持ちよく、いい気分でお店を後にしました。
