二号線沿いの第一旭さんで､満腹狙い叶わずw
そこでハロワの駐車場に戻る途中､赤い幟のお店に立ち寄れば｡｡
ラッキー！ 今日は豚まん､まだあるぞ＾＾
元々は卸専門のお店でしたが､界隈の外回りをしてた頃､
ところのお客さんから教えられて頂いた1個が｡｡ウマ～！
以来近所に来るたびのぞきますが､たいてい売り切れ･ソールドアウトw
今日はさっそく喜々として､豚まん二個(税込172円！)を買い求めます♪
「あついですよ」と差し出されたパックを抱え､さめない内にクルマまで駆け戻ります｡
ダッシュボードで一枚撮った30秒後｡｡あつあつの二個はあっという間に腹の中ｗ
こちらの豚まん､小ぶりではありますが､とにかくホントに味が良い♪
モッチモチの皮と生地､そして中の餡のほのかな甘味＾＾
ちっちゃいのに､あとくちの良さが何時間も残るのは､まさに丁寧な手作りのなせる業｡
そういえばココから南に下った大石のうなぎの名店･山信さんも､震災前までは卸専門｡
どちらもコツコツと､昔の味と製法を守り続けられてるにもかかわらず､
気取らずカジュアルなお店の空気♪ まさに神戸らしいお店と言えましょう＾＾
