以前、食事帰りに裏道を散策して際に、住宅街にポツンとある、こちらのお店を発見！その時は既に店仕舞いしており、口コミも良かったので、チェックしてあったが、中々機会に恵まれず、漸く訪問です
「シュウマイ」は、早めに売切れるとの事だったので、伺ったのは、オープン時の平日の昼10時チョイ前、生憎の雨だったのですが、3名の方が並んでいました
ほぼ待たずにオープンです
前の方との遣り取りを待つ事8分程で、順番となりした
こちらのお店のメニューは「ぶたまん」と『シュウマイ」のみです
で、購入したのは、【ぶたまん（99円×3個）＋シュウマイ（10個）（486円）】
この時間に並ばれる方は、シュウマイは必ず買ってますねwww
20分程で自宅に戻って実食です
ぶたまんは、直径7㌢、高さ3㌢程と、やや小振ですね
周りを包む皮は、モチモチの食感で、ちょっと甘めで餡の旨味を吸っています
中の餡は豚挽肉、タマネギ、ニラ等が入っており、程良くジューシーで旨味もたっぷりで美味しいですね
お値段も手頃なのも良いですね〜
シュウマイは、挽肉の他にタマネギ、ニンジン、ニラ等の餡がたっぷり詰まっています
旨味もたっぷりなので、そのままでも美味しいですし、辛子だけでも十分です
今回は醤油は使わず10個頂きました
あまり目立つ場所には無いですが、興味のある方は如何ですか？
