今回の地下迷宮グルメは岩屋にある『栄食堂』
いつも賑わっており以前から気になっていた。
運良く待たずに入店。食堂としては中規模だが満席で繁盛ぶりが伺われる。
四方の壁に掲げられたメニューを一目で把握するのは困難。
素直に日替わり（きまぐれ）定食にする。
※この日の日替わりは酢豚
ご飯は大中小から選択。迷わず「大で！」
ちなみにおかわり無料なので不安がある人は小で様子を見るのがいいだろう。
１０分ほどで到着。うまそうだ。
食前の義を済ませいただく。
うーん、うまい。
甘酸っぱい餡が食欲をそそる。一口サイズの具材は食べやすくて良き。
白い悪魔（ご飯）は柔らかすぎず硬すぎず、いい塩梅の食感で艶もあって良き。
どんぶりいっぱいに盛られズシリと重い。
これならおかわりの必要はないだろう。
小鉢は地味だが、ただの添え物ではなくしっかり旨い。名脇役だ。
次回はメヌーをしっかり把握した上で訪問したい。
