一膳飯屋です

２号線の岩屋付近を走っているときにずっと前から気になっていた、大きな看板が目印の「栄食堂」さんへ初めての来訪
少し入れにくいですが駐車場もあります。
入店すると、壁にはメニューがいっぱい貼られており、ケースにはおかずもたっぷり……店員さんも活気があり、お客さんも常連が多いのか、メニューを見ずに注文しています。
ビギナーの私は一人何にしようかと店内をうろうろ、おかずから選ぼうかとも思いましたができたての温かいのが食べたくなり、壁のメニューから「皿そば７００円」をチョイス。
窓際のカウンターに陣取ってしばらくテレビを見ながら待ちます。約５分ほどでしょうか、どんぶりにたっぷりの餡がかかった皿そばが登場。
皿の縁には辛子が、プラス店員さんがお酢をおいていってくれました。
早速、どんぶりに箸を突っ込むとパリパリと揚げたての皿そばが音を立てます。
それに餡を絡ませて口に運ぶと熱々でめっちゃ美味しい！！
具は、白菜、モヤシ、人参、えび、いかなどなど……
バリバリだった麺もすぐにシナシナになりましたが、ブチブチ切れるのではなくて、しっかりと餡をまとって口に入っていきます。
酢も回しかけて、味変
最後まで熱々で、たっぷりの餡で大満足な一皿でした。
常連さんは、日替わり定食を頼んでいる人も多かったので、今度はそれを頼んでみたいです。
