神戸市灘区のお店です☆
JR灘駅や王子動物園の近くなのですが、高校時代(40年前)はこの近くの道場に通い修行の日々を過ごしていた思い出の場所です(^^)
たまたま前を通りの発見、ケーキ屋さんなのかな？と思い立ち寄ります。
名物が“神戸とろりん”というプリンですね、300円X２個購入しました、紙袋０円(^^)
スプーンにはシッカリ乗ってくれますが、口の中で「とろりん」です。
けっこう甘めですが、苦目で緩めのカラメルと良く合っています。
バニラビーンズが見えていて、卵の味も感じます！
好みよりかなり甘めのプリンなのですが、カラメルと一緒に食べるととても美味しく感じます。
むしろこの甘さがクセになりそうなぐらい♪
とっても“とろりん”を楽めたプリンです、ごちそうさまでした(^o^)
