神戸市灘区、水道筋商店街のうどん屋さん、今日のランチ２食目で訪問しました☆
日曜日で仕事は休み、この日は夫婦で水道筋商店街近辺を集中攻撃です。
同じ名前の蕎麦屋さんが近くにあります、チェーン店でしょう、ランチ１食目として先に蕎麦は食べています。
食べログで3.50と高評価。
やはりこちらも人気店のようで、11時半なのにすぐ席には座れず、ウエイティングボードに名前を記入します、後から記入する方も続々。
案内されたのは４人席、店先にメニューはありましたが、改めて本日２回目のランチメニューを選びます。
妻、ちくたま天ぶっかけ850円
私、山かけ800円に大盛り＋100円
先ほどの蕎麦屋でも山かけでしたが、うどんも山かけですよ、月曜日〜土曜日のトレーニングで疲れ果てているのです、山かけパワーで次の週への活力に(^_-)
２〜３分で着膳、早いけど麺の乗せ方が丁寧で見た目美しいです。
つゆとワサビを入れ混ぜてひとくち「もの凄く冷たい!?」
麺もつゆも丼もキンキンに冷やした状態です、つゆを入れる器さえもキンキンに冷やされた徹底ぶり、冷蔵庫ではここまで温度は下げられません、例えると溶けかけのシャーベットなんかよりずっと冷たいレベルです、これは驚きですね。
鰹だしの効いたつゆ、歯応えバッチリうどん、非の打ち所がありません、大盛りにして良かった！
山かけのとろろ、卵黄、ネギ、海苔、うどんでエネルギー補給できましたね！
今まで食べた中で最高に冷たい麺で驚きと喜び、ごちそうさまでした(^o^)
