灘区の住宅地にポツンとあり、
気さくなオーナーが迎えてくれる、アットホームな店だ。
何年も通っていて、個人的に良く行くのでほんとはあまり教えたくない。
だが、いい店なのにカキコミが少なすぎるし、評価が低すぎるので書こうと思う。
ここの肉を食べていると他には行く気がしない。
いつも注文するのは、自家性のナムル。味のバランスが最高、オモニの味。
生レバー、塩タンどれも旨い。
ホルモン系も何を食べても間違いない。
肉なら、特選のメニューの3種盛り合わせを頼むのがおすすめ。
いちぼ、はねした、ハラミなどの希少部位が選べて1人前2100円は安い。
スープの味も本場しか出せないレシピを再現しているという話。
確かにスープ系はこれをベースにしているという。どれもうまい。
特に〆のメニューのユッケジャンうどんが最高だ。
今日は特別に生マッコリをいただいた。爽やかで普通のマッコリより飲みやすいぞこれは！
ぐいぐいイケてしまい、ある意味危険な酒。
日本にはまだあまりはいってない代物らしくこれから流行するだろう。
オーナーは韓国にも良く出向いていて、色んな食材について話をしてくれる。
研究熱心だ。
じつは有名サッカー選手もたま―に来ている。
予約して行くべし。
