先代からお店を引き継いで二代目としてやっています。

昼食を頂きに、こちらのお店へ
伺ったのは、平日の昼12時 10分頃、先客4名、後客は2名でした
坦々麺と炒飯のセットを頂きに来たけど、ランチメニューが一新されており、確認したが、「やってない」との事⤵︎⤵︎
でも、入店しちゃったからなぁ
で、注文は【坦々麺ランチ（1,300円）】※坦々麺、前菜5種、副菜一品、ライスorデザートのセットです
ライスをチョイス
提供は、2分程で、前菜の棒棒鶏、南瓜の担担和え、ピータン豆腐、キュウリの漬物、キノコのトマト、それと4分程で、副菜の唐揚げ2個が提供されました
メインの坦々麺は、6分程で提供されました
麺は極細ストレート麺で、極細麺ながら、硬さも残っており、パツンと歯で切れるタイプです
スープは、ピリ辛程度で、それ程、辛くは無いので、どなたでも頂けるレベルかと
トッピングの肉味噌は、挽肉は少な目、食感が残るくらいの大きさの搾菜、椎茸等が目立ちますね
その他には、青梗菜が入ってます
全体的には、あっさりした坦々麺でした
個々に、レベルの高い、上品な味わいで美味しいですね
ただ、平日ランチとして考えると・・・
ちょっと高いかなぁ
