春日野道の商店街をほんの少し横に入ったところにある、ログハウスのような外観のお好み焼き屋さんです。
夕方18時半位に伺いましたが、他にお客さんはいらっしゃいませんでした。ただ、直ぐに次のお客さんがいらっしゃったり、持ち帰りのお客さんがいらっしゃっていました。
ネットでここはそば飯が美味しいらしいことを事前に確認していましたので、迷わずそば飯を注文しました。そば飯にはひょっとすると色々なオプションを付けるのも可能だったのかもしれませんが、最もシンプルなそば飯（800円）を頂きました。
そば飯を調理するご主人のリズミカルな手さばきを見ているだけで楽しくなるような見事な手さばきで、徐々にそばが細かく砕かれていきます。最後に玉子を広げてそこにそば飯を載せるので、どうするのかと見ていると、しばらく放置した後に玉子も一緒に炒めてそば飯が完成しました。
出来上がったそば飯は優しい味で、玉子の甘みが効いており、長田のそば飯の有名店と比べても何ら遜色ありませんでした。
今日は残念ながらそば飯しか頂けませんでしたが、他のお客さま用に焼いているものを見ているとかなり美味しいそうな感じで、是非他の焼き物も味わってみたいと感じさせるお店でした。
