今回の地下迷宮グルメは春日野道にある『大陸』
この辺では名のしれた大衆中華だ。
焼きそば定食
日本のソース焼きそばとは違いあまりソース感がない。
あとから胡椒のスパイス感が出てくる。
麺は細ストレート
具材はキャベツ、もやし、にんじんそして豚肉。ネギ少々。オーソドックスな構成。
ワンタンスープがついてくる。
ラーメンのスープと同じかもしれない。
鶏ガラベースだと思うがあっさりとして滋味な美味さ。
流行りとは対局なので若い人にはウケないかもしれない。
補足
４人がけのテーブルが5つのみで基本は相席。
卓上調味料はコショウ、和からし、餃子のタレそしてラー油。
そして入り口には常にウィティングが発生している。おそるべし。
