まずキャベツが出てきます。
焼肉・ホルモンは塩かタレを選べます。

レモンを小皿にギュッと搾って。
食感がよく、やわらか。

心臓に近い動脈の部分。
軟骨のようにこりこりとした食感。
包丁の切れ目が縦横にクロスして入っているのを食べたことがあるけど、こちらの物は一方向のみ。
タケノコはたんぱくな味なのでタレがオススメだけど、塩でも旨味があります。
