先日、友人と一緒に訪れた藪sou鮨は、素晴らしい寿司の味わいで、心温まるランチのひとときを過ごしました。お店の名前通り、旬の魚を使った料理が魅力的で、その日のおすすめネタは新鮮で美味しかったです。特に、脂がのったトロ鉄火は、口の中でとろけるような味わいで、思わず感動しました。店主はとても気さくで、お客様に対する温かな笑顔が印象的でした。店内はあまり広くないですが、テーブル席も1つあり、友人と楽しい会話をしながら、食事をすることが出来ました。料理の美味しさと雰囲気の温かさが、心地よい思い出となりました。
