阪急春日野道駅の東改札口を出た向かい辺りの高架下にあるお店です。
お店の外も内もこじゃれた感など全くない昔ながらの懐かしい～雰囲気のお店。
お店のスタッフが暖かな対応してくれて居心地良い。
時折、上を走る電車の音がガタゴト響くのもご愛敬。
この日いただいたのは焼き飯オム（1300円）
こちらでいう焼き飯は神戸名物・そばめしのこと。
厨房の中では
大きな鉄板の上に載った具材を2本のコテを使ってシャカシャカ、テキパキ
これって絶対美味しいやつやん♪…鮮やかな手さばき見ていると期待に胸が膨らみます。
出来上がると即、座席の鉄板に運ばれてきました。
おぉ～！ 1.5～2人前くらいある焼き飯、上に乗ってる卵も2個は使ってるよね。
下町のお店で1000円以上ってちょっと高くない？と若干思っていましたが
ごめんなさい、納得のボリュームです。
適度に温められた鉄板のお蔭で最後まで冷めずに焦げずに美味しくいただきました。
特にちょっと甘めのソースが秀逸！
大きな瓶から降り注いでいたけど市販してるんかなぁ～ 我が家にも欲しいなぁ～
クセになりそうなお味です♥
女性一人だと量的に一人前食べるのがしんどいかもですので
複数人のグループで何品が注文してシェアするのが良さそう。
