新神戸駅で待ち時間。
三軒ほどあるレストランから選んだのが、うどんそばの臼臼(うすうす)。
14時を過ぎていたが、結構、混んでる。
ここも、外国人観光客も店内でちらほら。
◯ ぼっかけうどん ¥1,000を注文
ぼっかけは、神戸・長田のご当地グルメで牛すじとコンニャクを甘辛く煮込んだ料理だ。
そう待つまでもなく、うどんが出てきた。
薄口醤油のスープは、真っ白なうどんとぼっかけ、ネギ、かまぼこが浮かんでる。
うどんはツルツルでコシがある。讃岐風の冷凍うどんかな？
ぼっかけは、牛スジなんだろけど、こんにゃくと共にざっくり切り分けられていて、これも冷凍かな？
スープは牛スジ煮込みのエキスが溶けて、甘くて旨みもある。
まあ、神戸の思い出に雰囲気だけでも味わうっていうことだね。
臼臼(うすうす)そうだろなとは思っていた。
