ニシン蕎麦 お願いしますと頼んだら 冷たい方と温い方どちらにします？ との事で
冷たいニシン蕎麦とは何ぞや？ とこちらを注文。
元々美味い出汁に ニシンの甘み ビジュアル 参りました。 やはり 蕎麦は冷たい方が 食感 味も分かるし これ気に入りました。 昔は 月2回位行ってましたが コロナ以降外食減りましたので 三年振りくらいかもしれません。 久々に食べたら 煙草も辞めたし味覚が強くなったのか 昔より美味しく感じました 定期的に食べたくなる一軒ですね
