王子公園に行くたびに、いつかいつかと思いつつスルーしていたお店。
都賀川公園にお花見に行った帰りに、今日こそは！
シュークリーム、ベイクドチーズケーキ、チーズスフレ、イチゴショートケーキ、王子プリン。
家に帰ってティータイム。相方さんはショートケーキ、私はベイクドチーズケーキ。味見したショートケーキは生クリームの甘さがなく、控えめというより甘みがなく私にはとても食べやすい、アッサリの極み。
ベイクドチーズケーキも甘くなくてそんなに濃厚でもなくて飽きずに食べられる。
シュークリームはモッタリした濃厚なカスタードクリームがギッシリみちみち詰まっています。隙間なくカスタードが入ってるので一口かじるとカスタードが溢れ出す感じ。カスタードクリームは濃厚だけどイヤな甘さがなくめちゃくちゃ美味しい。
王子プリンも甘さがなくてカラメルが苦くてペロリでした。
