気になったので訪問。
兵庫県神戸市灘区水道筋。
商店街の通りに面している。
12時45分入店。
先客は4名。
「煮穴子蒸し丼:680円」を注文。
平日限定メニューと書いてあったが、本日はOKとの事。
注文後10分で提供された。
メインの煮穴子蒸し丼にお味噌汁、香の物がセットになっている。
蒸し料理なので余分な油分がなく、あっさりと頂ける。
穴子の柔らかさと、玉子の優しい味付けが実にいい。
店内は落ち着いた和の雰囲気。
地元関連の情報誌やポスターがあり、地元に根付いてる感が伝わってくる。
常連さんがいっっぱいなのであろう。
客席は4人テーブル1卓、2人1卓、カウンター6席。
店員さんは、ご夫婦のお二人で切り盛りされている。
特におかみさんは愛想良く、気配りが出来る方である。
接客はO.K.。
ランチタイムは禁煙。ありがたい。
