ここのホットケーキが目下のところ、1番好きです。
オーダーしてから銅板でじっくり焼いてくれる、周りカリッ、中フワ。
そのまま何も付けずに食べても美味しい。
メープルシロップの甘さとバターの塩気が混ざってもうたまりません。
珈琲も深くてどっしりしていてめちゃくちゃ美味しいです。
