スリランカカレーのお店
スリランカでのレストラン＆家庭での料理修行を繰り返して。それから、毎週日曜日＆月曜日限定で神戸の水道筋にて「水道筋カラピンチャ」を営業してきました。そして、２０１３年１２月。そのすぐ近く、王子公園駅前で実店舗をオープンしました。美味しいスリランカ料理を用意してお待ちしています。どうぞよろしくお願いします★ |

スリランカ料理を提供する他、スパイスの輸入販売も行う。
コリアンダーシードは、香辛料の1種。
要するに、コリアンダーの種。
スリランカやインド料理では、よく使われるという。
辛いのかと思いきや、甘い香りがする。
料理だけでなく、菓子作りでも利用可能。
この種から成長した植物の葉が、タイ料理でお馴染みのパクチーとなる。その意味では、種から葉から茎まで、全て食べられる植物といえる。
今回のは、RUHUNU FOODSのもので、スリランカ産。
