友人達と自分の誕生日食事会（笑）を
こちらのお店で開催
場所は阪神岩屋駅を西へ歩いて、
路地へ入ると隠れ家的にあります。
JR灘駅からも近い立地です。
まずはスパークリングのボトルで乾杯
今回は事前に6000円のコースを予約していました。
ふと見ると箸置きが、筋肉マッチョ。。。
こういう遊び心があるお店で、
友人達にはいきなり大受けでした（笑）
アミューズ
■マグロのエスカベッシュ
マリネの味付けが私好みで
この季節さっぱりと頂けます
前菜
■マグロのカルパッチョと新鮮有機野菜
こちらのお店は、何といっても新鮮野菜が
いつも素晴らしい❣️
しかも、歯応えも良くて本当にお野菜だけを
食べに来たいくらいなんです（笑）
サラダかと思ったら、お野菜の中に
マグロが隠れてます☺️
しかもかなりなボリュームで嬉しい✨
■パン
もっちりハイジの白パンが焼き立てで出てきます
スープ
■トマトと胡瓜とピーマンのガスパチョ
夏野菜を使ったガスパチョは、濃厚で
ニンニクがアクセントになっていますが
冷製スープなので、喉越しもよく美味しい✨
友人達はここで、白グラスを。
魚料理
■サーモンのワイン蒸し
生クリームと青のりのソースで優しい味わい
加熱用トマト、ボンジョルノの焼きトマトも
ちょうど良い感じ
私は軽めの赤グラスを注文。
肉料理
■牛ステーキにお誕生日なので、特別
プラス800円の安さでフォアグラのコンフィを
ドーンと乗せて頂きました
つけ合わせヤングコーン？は初めて！
自分で剥いて食べますが、歯触りが最高
ステーキやフォアグラはシンプルに
お塩が効いた味付けなので、素材そのままの味を楽しめます。
お肉とコンフィを絡めて食べて、つけ合わせの美味しいお野菜を合間にパクリ。
幸せですね〜☺️

■バナナのシフォンケーキ
お誕生日ということで、私のプレートには
バースデーメッセージと、花火が付いて
バースデーメロディカードと共にやって来ます
こういう心遣いは嬉しいですね。

ミルクティーを注文。
冷たいミルクだったのが少し残念でしたが、
ミルクを入れても冷めない
大きめカップでたっぷり紅茶なので
それほど気になりませんでした。
毎月、毎シーズン、コンセプトに沿った
お料理コースを提案されるので、
いつも飽きないコース仕立てです。
来月はオマール海老尽くしのコースを
予約して帰りました✨
オーナーシェフは、ものすごく気さくで
楽しい方なので、初めての方でも
大丈夫な良いお店です♀️
喋りすぎて写メかなり撮り忘れるという不覚
