阪神電車岩屋駅をまっすぐ西に行ったところにあるラーメン屋さん。
神戸市西区の大蔵谷インターを降りて朝霧方面に行く道沿いにも、
らーめんからやってお店があるけど隣の中古パチンコ・パチスロ販売の
金武商店ばかりに目が行って行ったことがなかったなぁ。
この日は洋食SAEKIに行こうと灘駅からテクテク歩いて。。。
休みやん。。。
というわけで新規開拓として訪問。
入店しメニューを眺めると豚骨ラーメンが売りのお店らしい。
色々ある中で目に留まったのは、「とろ肉」というワード。
とろ肉とは、
「お箸で崩れるほど、柔らかく仕上げたとろ肉。国産豚１頭から２本だけという希少なバラ先は、
脂身がほとんどなくコラーゲンもたっぷりでヘルシーなお肉です。」byメニュー
それならばと「とろ肉1本のせラーメン\1100」と替え玉をオーダー。
しばらくして着丼すると。。。
あらかじめラーメンに大量のコショウがトッピング。。。
おいおいと思いながらスープに目をやると、
豚骨、豚肉、鶏がらベースの豚骨ラーメンというメニューの能書からおよそ想像がつかない
醤油ラーメンのような半透明を少し濁らせたようなスープだ。
味としては豚骨ラーメンと思わなければ、しつこすぎず良いのだが、やはりコショウが。。。
次にとろ肉。
確かに丼内にはボリューム満点の肉が鎮座しており、箸でつかむと崩れる。
でも味付けは？もう少し甘辛い味を想像していたが、薄味。
食べても食べても出てくる。
麺はあまり特徴のない中華麺だが、とにかく柔らかい。
しかもかなりの量が入っているので、どんどん柔らかくなっていく。。。
そして。。。
信じられないことに、まだ麺が1/3以上も残っているタイミングで、
「替え玉です。」
柔らか麺と少し柔らか麺の替え玉、新旧麺のコラボを。。。
いやいやいや。ないないない。
替え玉は後で頼めばよかったですね。
はい、お腹いっぱいにはなりました。
