夕食を頂きに、こちらのお店へ
伺ったのは、平日の夜18時35分頃、先客は12名で、ほぼ満席！最後の1席に案内されました
後客は9名でしたが、直ぐ後に来た方以降は、暫く並ばれていました
注文は、単品で【回鍋肉（980円）＋特製タレかけワンタン（900円）＋スーパードライ瓶ビール（中）（600円）】
お通しのピーナッツをツマミに、ビールを飲みながら待つ事、12、3分でメインの到着です
回鍋肉は、たっぷりの豚バラ肉、大きめにカットされたキャベツ、ピーマン、赤ピーマン、タマネギとネギ、鷹の芽、やや辛めの味噌や豆板醤で味付けされています
特製タレかけワンタンは、12個あり、胡麻の掛かった豚挽肉とタマネギがたっぷり入ったジューシーな餡を、ツルッとして、ちょっと大きめの皮で包んであります
特製タレは、酸味の効いた醤油ダレでサッパリしたますね
どちらも濃いめの味付けで、ビールが進みますねー
