あまり馴染みの無い『新神戸』まで。
三宮からは歩いていける距離。
店主は京都の名店『たん熊』のご出身。
バリバリの割烹をイメージしていたのですがその概観から和食を想像するは難しい。
店頭には店名もありません。
入り口左のしゃもじが目印。
糖質抜きで。

湯葉は濃厚。
