春日野道駅より徒歩10〜12分の場所にあるパキスタン料理店 兵庫ハラールレストラン。
パキスタン人が経営されている、本格派のハラールレストラン。2023年アジア・エスニックwest百名店に選出されています。
エスニック料理店の中でも珍しいブュッフェ形式を採用されており、お腹いっぱいスパイスカレーや、ビリヤニ、ナンを食べたいかたにピッタリのお店です。

◾ビーフスープ
神戸牛の脛から出汁を取り、シナモンのようなスパイスの香りを加えて異国風に仕上げたビーフスープ。
◾ナン
パリパリ薄めに焼き上げることによって、軽い食感で何枚も食べられそうなパキスタン特有のナン。
◾チキンカレー
ホロホロに柔らかく煮込んだ骨付きチキンと、ピリッと辛味の強い味が印象的なチキンカレー。
◾ビーフカレー
牛肉の旨味とスパイスの香りを同時に楽しめる、これまた程よく辛味を感じるビーフカレー。
◾チキンビリヤニ
細長いバスマティライスに、チキンの旨味を染み込ませた名物メニューのチキンビリヤニまで、お腹いっぱいパキスタン料理を堪能できました！
